Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the pictured individual who used fraudulently obtained credit card information that was stored in Apple Pay in which he used his cellular phone to purchase two Apple iPads at Toys R Us in Concord, NC on March 26th, 2016.

RV Stolen from Tom Johnson Camping Center in Concord

The Concord Police Department is currently investigating the theft of a motor home from Tom Johnson Camping Center. The theft occurred sometime between March 18th and March 20th; motor home was valued at $921,000. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.

K-Mart Robbery

The Concord Police Department is asking for assistance with a break-in that occurred at the K-Mart on 29 and Poplar Tent Rd. After the suspect entered the store he took over $60,000 in jewelry; yes, I know the picture is not good. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.

Bank Robbery Suspect Sought

Do you recognize this individual?
At approximately 10:50 this morning the Wells Fargo Bank on NC Hwy 49 in Harrisburg was robbed. About 10 minutes later, the 5th\3rd Bank on NC Hwy 49 in Harrisburg was also robbed. No one was injured and no weapons were displayed.

The suspect fled both banks with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is described as a black male in his late twenties or early thirties approximately 5’7” to 5’10’’ tall with an average build. He was wearing dark sunglasses and a fitted black head covering. He was wearing white pants and a gray Nike long-sleeved sweatshirt over a white shirt at one location and wearing a royal blue long-sleeved hooded sweatshirt or jacket over a white shirt at the other locations.

Do you know this person? Jesse Patrick Brackett

The Kannapolis Police Department is seeking to arrest a true “Dirty Santa”. Jesse Patrick Brackett “volunteered” at a local charitable organization posing as Jolly Old Saint Nick when in reality he was the Grinch looking to steal Christmas from those in need. But unlike the Christmas story this Grinch didn’t have a change of heart and he continued his wicked scheme stealing from and defrauding a family during troubling times. Jesse Bracket is wanted for Misdemeanor Larceny, Identity Theft, Financial Card Fraud, and Felony Larceny. He is also wanted in another State for similar charges. He is described as a white male, 37 years old, with a medium build. He may be travelling in a yellow pickup truck. If you have any information about this crime, please contact Investigator L. Robbery at the Dragon Palace restaurant located at 76 Spring Street in Concord

On December 23, 2015 there was a robbery at the Dragon Palace restaurant located at 76 Spring Street in Concord. The suspect is a black male, approximately 6 feet tall, slim build, and was wearing a clown mask. The suspect demanded money, then assaulted the clerk before leaving. The suspect was seen running on foot, and it did not appear he had a vehicle close by. Anyone with information is asked to call, text, or email the Cabarrus Area Crime Stoppers.

Armed Robbery: McDonalds located at 12051 Renaissance Drive

On December 30, 2015 at approximately 4:52 AM, an armed robbery occurred at the McDonalds located at 12051 Renaissance Drive (near the intersection of NC 73 and Shiloh Church Road). The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6’2 in height and slim in build. He was wearing a black jacket and blue/gray jeans and possibly left in a Ford Expedition that is green and tan in color. Wanted: Stephen Jeremia Penninger and Nyasia Mone Carr

The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for two registered sex offenders who have moved and failed to notify of an address change.

Stephen Jeremia Penninger, a 28 year old white male is 5’10” and about 165 pounds. He last stayed at one of the motels on Cloverleaf Blvd. in Kannapolis, NC. Penninger is believed to be in the Kannapolis or Huntersville area.

Nyasia Mone Carr, a 19 year old black female, is 5’3” and about 120 pounds. She transferred from Mecklenburg County to Cabarrus County, but failed to contact the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office about where she is supposed to be staying. She is believed to be either still in Charlotte or in the Logan Community in Concord.
