WANTED: Robert Lamarr Smith

The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office has identified a second suspect in the home invasion that occurred in the early morning hours of May 8, 2013 in the Midland area of our county.  A 92 year old woman was seriously injured during this incident.

Warrants have been issued for Robert Lamarr Smith for 2 counts of 1st degree kidnapping.

This incident began as a home invasion in the University area of Charlotte,  moved into Cabarrus County and ended in Anson County.

Smith is described as a black male, 23 years old 5’7″, 150 lbs. He has tattoos on the backs of his hands that say “they” on one hand and “know” on the other.  He is considered armed and dangerous.  If you see this individual, do not approach him but call 911 or your local Crime Stoppers. He is believed to be in the area of his home in Morven, NC but he may also be in Cabarrus, Stanly or Anson County, or even South Carolina.

ARREST: Cabarrus County Sex Offender arrested by Federals Marshall’s based on CrimeStoppers tip

Graham,Macy Darryl (F)

Cabarrus County Sex Offender arrested in Nash County by Federals Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force based on Crime Stoppers tip.

Macy Graham failed to notify of a change of address with Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office and a warrant was issued for his arrest in December 2012.

Information came in to Crime Stoppers of a location where Graham was staying in Fayetteville.  Through investigation of this tip, Federal Marshall’s were able to locate Graham and make the arrest on 03/18/2013.
